In a sea of self-help books, I am so grateful TRUST YOURSELF “jumped” out at me! I related to so many characteristics in this book that I was crying while reading… However, I felt very encouraged and learned a lot about myself and my problem areas (decision paralysis and boundary setting are biggies)! The “permission slip” is something I will use for any occasion that I need to be my own cheerleader… it is phenomenal and is my favorite part of the book! THIS BOOK WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
