About this ebook

Seattle meant safety. A new start for me and my little girl.

I didn’t anticipate falling for a new guy.

Especially not my boss.

It was the dream job – in a city miles from that asshole, my ex.

I just wanted to get on and work, make a fresh start.

But Alex is the kind of guy you can feel in a room.

Perfect body, dark tousled hair that begs for my fingers to entwine in the curls.

Sultry blue eyes that send electric shocks to my core.

Nah-ah. We’re not going there girl.

I’ve got baggage – the perfect kid… and her abusive dad.

I don’t need the complications of an office romance.

But… what if this man is my future?

When the shit hits the fan, he picks me up.

When the calls start, and danger stalks me, will his love keep me going?

The Love Of A Family - Alex was a wealthy playboy whose way of thinking changed after Soledad came to work for him. Soledad moved to a new city to get away from an abusive situation. Her sole focus with the new start was work and her daughter, so she was shocked when Alex showed interest in her. The nights between Alex and Soledad were steamy, but the family time after Alex met Soledad’s daughter were really heartwarming. Unfortunately, before they could get their happy ending, they would have to navigate a great obstacle. I really enjoyed reading the book very much and I was sad that it had to end. Mia Ford made the characters and the storyline came together beautifully to make the story an enjoyable read. It is a story that deals with a number of serious issue, but ends with a wonderful happily ever after.
