Wie lernen Menschen religiöse oder religionsanaloge Sinnhorizonte und symbolische Praktiken kennen? Wie eignen sie sich diese an? In welchem Kontext und an welchen Lernorten geschieht dies? Diese Fragen bekommen eine besondere Dringlichkeit im Kontext mehrheitlicher Konfessionslosigkeit, in dem die meisten Menschen nicht religiös sozialisiert wurden.
Die Forschungsstelle für religiöse Kommunikations- und Lernprozesse an der Theologischen Fakultät der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, widmet sich diesen Fragen seit zehn Jahren. Im vorliegenden Band werden die hier entstandenen Studien gebündelt präsentiert und unter dem Leitbegriff der Perspektivverschiebung diskutiert. Ziel ist es Impulse für eine kontextuelle und engagierte Religionspädagogik zu geben.

[Shifting Perspectives in the Religious Field. Learning Processes in the Face of Increasing Non-Denominationalism]
How do people learn about religious or religion-analogous meanings and symbolic practices? How do they acquire them? In which context and at which learning sites does this happen? These questions take on a particular urgency in the context of majority non-denominationalism, where most people have not been socialized religiously.
The Research Center for Religious Communication and Learning Processes at the Faculty of Theology of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, has devoted itself to these questions for ten years. In the present volume, the studies produced here are presented in a bundled form and discussed under the guiding concept of shifting perspectives. The aim is to give impulses for a contextual and engaged religious education.
