Beginning written properly but rest of the book is missage. oat pancakes 232kcla containing 32g protein made by addition of 5 egg's whites. embarrassing. less harming in killing chicken than harassing it to produce so many eggs.

I am a pescetarian who newly turned vegetarian. My boyfriend was a full fledged carnivore who has also became a vegetarian and he is excited for us to start our new lifestyle. The recipes sound delicious and the information provided is extremely helpful as I am trying to lose weight and he is trying to bulk. I believe this book will be very useful during our transition. I felt encouraged to become a vegan after reading this book. It did not speak negatively of meat eaters and it addressed my worries of being able to build and sustain muscle. Lovely short read, precise and straight to the point.
