Great Tool for weight loss I noticed a change in the way I thought about food about 2 weeks into listening. I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This book is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I like how this book helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones. Hypnosis techniques are really powerful!
