About this ebook

Paranormal Women's Fiction & Romance from NYT & USAT Bestselling Author Michelle M. Pillow.

After a fake psychic scammed her mother out of her retirement, Cynthia Clarkson has made it her life’s mission to expose every single one of those charlatans. So when she hears a rumor that a group of women in Freewild Cove are claiming to help loved ones move on after death, she’s all over it.

Josh Adler is just the latest in a long line of victims. Cynthia is determined to help him see the truth, and falling for him isn’t part of the plan. She thought she’d seen every trick in the book, but there are some phenomena she can’t explain. These women are good, but she’s better. Even if it kills her, she will get to the bottom of the mystery.

Unless, of course, the demon they claim is after her catches her first.

The ladies of Freewild Cove are back! With the help of Grandma Julia's ghost, they're kicking supernatural butt and taking names.

About the Order of Magic Series

Older women kick ass. They know things. They’ve been there. They are worthy of their own literature category. They stopped giving a fuck. They also have their own set of issues that they face–empty nests, widows, divorce, menopause, health, etc–and these issues deserve to be addressed and embraced in literature. Women friendships matter. Women matter. Our thoughts and feelings matter.

Welcome to Paranormal Women's Fiction. Books for women who kick ass.

This is the best Order of Magic book as of yet. Don't get me wrong, I love all of them, this one just tipped the scales a bit. Mainly because it revolves around Cynthia who makes a living actually debunking and lecturing about the charlatan ways of mediums, psychics and the likes. Everything the women of Freewild Cove are. And Josh of course. The ball gets rolling after Cynthia's lecture while she's trying to have a peaceful meal (like that ever happens, even irl.), she's interrupted, albeit politely, by a very haggard looking man. He sits, orders a meal and proceeds with why he tracked her down. It's not to confront or harang her. He's trying to get a logical, non paranormal, answer to his predicament. He shows Cynthia some disturbing selfies that she just brushes off as a prank and the meal continues. That is until two young ladies actually do confront her at the table. One in particular, "Red," all but screams at her and makes a scene. Letting Cynthia know that the women in Free

I've read each book in this series. This one touched me deeply. I can't explain why, but I had happy tears at the conclusion. I got so caught up in Cynthia's emotions and life, I truly felt for her. To find love after a life time of feeling invisible. Josh, wow! What a man! To stand by Cynthia the way he did. This man had a demon haunting him just to get to her, but he still would take it on to protect her. That's true love. The other characters from the previous books helped lightened the mood

This is a continuation of the series and is Cynthia's story. Cynthia is a complete non believer in ghosts and the paranormal and spends her time exposing frauds and speaking to others about the dangers of believing in this. This is mainly due to her unhappy childhood experiences due to her fathers death when she was young and her mother losing everything to a fake medium. Because of this she shuts herself off from others and doesn't trust anyone. When she finds a ring she believes is her mothers and encounters a man named Josh who believes he is haunted by a demon it throws her world into even more chaos. Soon after she finds herself in Freewild Cove where she meets Vivian, Heather,Lorna and others from their group. Will she expose them as the frauds she believes they are or will her eyes be opened to other possibilities. Can they help her overcome her demons both literally and figuratively. Check it out to see.
