Magic User: Reborn in Another World as a Max Level Wizard (Light Novel)

I didn't hate this story, but I really didn't enjoy it either. Some things like being reborn came across overly simplistic as though the author couldn't think of anything to write, while most other things were made overly complicated to the point of being silly. Nothing made much sense and most importantly; the character motivations were nonsensical to the point of being bad writing. Needs to clarify his character perspectives on a less grandiose, more believable way. Even harem plots are more relatable.

This book has a different feel from the typical isekai tropes that you normally see these days (i.e. isekai smartphone and death march) where the protagonist is way too op and gains skills way too fast. Geo may be powerful but it is absolutely not without limitations and I appreciate that fact. I feel that this story is steeped more in the realism of events that could happen when transported to another world and I enjoy that as a huge fan of the isekai trope. Thank you for the great book and I can't wait to read the next volume!

It is an enjoyable adventure. While the protaganist is a little timid early in the novel for a person of his age and experience, he does act fairly realistically given his background. I look forward to more of these novels being translated from the series.
