A great eye opener for many people. After reading this book you realise that Tyson may not be the most angelic individual but as a matter of fact he is a truthful person which this book shows. It's truthful ,emotional, yet it shows the arrogant and resilient personality of boxing history. I recommend this to everyone

An incredible, insightful and perception-alterting book. Mike pours his heart out and it certainly triggers the reader to view him in a variety of different perspectives. I considered myself a big Tyson fan before reading, but i learnt a considerable amount of new things about the champ. 5 🌟

A good insight into who "Iron Mike" was, and a candid view of the real man behind the mask. Noone is a bigger critic of Mike than Mike himself. After reading this, its obvious how he could earn nearly half a billion dollars and still end up filing for bankruptcy. The snakes around him got rich off exploiting his vulnerability Recommended to all boxing fans

About the author

Mike Tyson is a former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles at 20 years, 4 months and 22 days old. Tyson won his first 19 professional bouts by knockout, with 12 of them occurring in the first round. He won the WBC title in 1986 after defeating Trevor Berbick by a TKO in the second round. In 1987, Tyson added the WBA and IBF titles after defeating James Smith and Tony Tucker. He was the first heavyweight boxer to simultaneously hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles, and the only heavyweight to individually unify them.

Larry Sloman is the author of bestselling collaborative books with Bob Dylan, Howard Stern, and the critically acclaimed ‘Scar Tissue’ with Anthony Kiedis.
