Mike has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management and training. Within this time he has run two successful media sales companies responsible for generating advertising revenue for small and large media owners. Latterly he has used his training experience to run a sales training company, delivering sales workshops and ‘how to guides’ for small business to give them confidence in selling. His sales guides form the basis of this book. During his career Mike has also worked for a number of publishers in senior management and training roles during which time he came into contact and fine tuned many of the concepts here. Mike is married to Jill lives in Surrey, England. He has two adult sons, Adam and Sam making their way in the commercial world.
