Milo Minara demonstrates his brilliant visual artistry with a thrilling story about a young woman connected to a dangerous crime boss. But I'm left with bad taste in my mouth. Plainly this story exists as a frame to display the woman's beauty, but its an old framing that can only imagine her as the object that men chase after. Occasionally she demonstrates a hysterical strength, which links her to her criminal father's violent personality, but what of that? The story is short and underwhelming.
