Minicram is a invaluable study tool that everyone MUST have when preparing for Humber real estate exams. Reading the original Humber modules can take a lot of time and reading over thousands of pages may lead to less information retention. On the other hand, Minicram filters out the less important information and creates a 100-200 page book which highlights all the high-yield/important information we need to know in order to succeed in these exams. Great addition to your studying! Thanks Minicram for helping me pass my real estate exams with ease!

Kinda disappointed, trying to make this into a PDF or some form of a file to view offline or print is not as straightforward as I was expecting. I'm resorting to doing print screens to be able to few this and give my eyes a break from a computer screen. They really should make this feature more accessible without having to jump through hoops. Help feature is 'not' very helpful

Very basic notes. Some of the definitions are actually worded differently than in the module. Although the notes are in order, they are numbered differently. Module 3 starts as Chapter 5. I am not sure I will follow these notes for these reasons.
