Wonderful nlife changing read. I found I had all the same reasonings but had been denying them in favour of diets! This has made me trust myself and.listen to my body and finally feel free to indulge my obsession with food but use yo invent menus of tiny portions instead of eating huge platefuls. Absolute bliss - best book I've ever read and will keep reading. ..

About the author
The author is French, brought up in Alsace and Provence, educated at the Sorbonne. She was an interpreter at the UN in New York, where she now lives most of the year, and is married to an American. She is now the successful President and CEO of Veuve Clicquot Inc., the US arm of the French champagne makers - increasing their market share in the US from 1% to 21% in 10 years.
