i thought the recipes were gonna be complicated with ingredients that is not available where i live. but they are super easy and im gonna make nearly all of it 😍 im super excited for making my own dijon mustard. its hard to find organic and with natural ingredients. thank you! really recommend if you want to control that what you put in your body is natural. EDIT: i made the ketchup and WOW. it taste so much better than store-bought ketchup. thank you! ive tried other recipes but this one is by far perfect.

This is exactly what I have been looking for in vegan staple recipes all in one place! I can't get fancy vegan alternatives where I live for most basic products. Not to mention the normally vegan staples recipes included. Love the ketchup! Especially since I can now tweak recipes to what I have available. I'm no stranger to making my own mayonnaise, either, and love how low the salmonella risk will be now! I haven't tried all the recipes, but have not had a bad one yet!

This book is beautiful, practical, and full of delicious recipes. I was immorally put off by the diy *everything* aspect of it, but she makes it all so quick and easy. I'm a total convert - delicious "whole food" vegan cheese, "butter," pepperoni, it's all here!
