About the author

Mohammad Nabil Almunawar is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Economics, Universiti of Brunei Darussalam (UBDSBE), Brunei Darussalam. His overall research interests include applications of IT in management, e-business/commerce, digital marketplace/platform, digital business ecosystem, health informatics, information security, and cloud computing. Currently, he focuses his research on digital platforms and the digital business ecosystem. He published more than 100 papers in refereed journals, books, book chapters. He is an associate editor of Asian Business and Information Management (IJABIM) and a member of many editorial boards of international journals.

Md Zahidul Islam

is an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Economics at University Brunei Darussalam (UBD). His teaching and research interests focus on Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Knowledge Management. His research work has appeared in such a journal as International Journal of Information Management, Management Decision, Journal of Database Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management and VINE: The Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems.

Patricia Ordóñez de Pablos

is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Oviedo, Spain. Her teaching and research interests focus on the areas of strategic management, knowledge management, intellectual capital, human resources management, and IT. She is Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Asian Business and Information Management and also serves as Executive Editor of the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the book series titled Routledge Advances in Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management.
