I didn't like the excessively florid style, and the back and forth from past to present got tiresome after the second flashback. They got back together before we even knew WHY they "hated each other" in the first place!

This was a phenomenal Novella and I loved every page. As only the author can conceive, the plot was very intriguing with surprising actions. Very well written with attention to detail. I recommend this highly as well as the rest of the books in the series.

Took me a couple chapters to wrap my head around the back and forth in time, but it explained so much as it progressed. This was a lovely book!!!
