EXCERPT

It’s a summer day and my grandfather is coming back home from his friend’s riding stables. As the pickup moves closer I can see a furry head popping out from the back of the truck. It’s a pony! “I know it was your dream!” my grandpa says and I give him a big hug to thank him. I love taking care of animals and he is right, I have always dreamt of having a pony ever since I was a baby! I come closer to the little horse and she neighs adorably, showing me her big white teeth as if she were laughing! I embrace her neck “We will live many adventures together!” I whisper in her ear and she neighs again.
