I loved Sebastian's friendship with Evan. He had a lot of guilt and that drove him to do anything for his friend. I loved that him meeting Sloan changed that, even before they even met in person. I could feel his dilemma. While we get Sloan’s point of view, it’s only at the end, and I would have loved to have had her side throughout the whole book as well. However, I loved the complexity of what they were both going through. They were both driven and ambitious and perfect for each other. I didn’t sleep in order to finish this. I stayed up late on Daylight Savings Time when I knew my kids wouldn’t let me actually sleep in an extra hour but boy, was it worth it.

Sebastian is trying to seal the deal but a big unexpected obstacle prevents him, his heart. What happens when you enemies becomes more? Shayla Black has written another fantastic page turner with More Than Hate You. I started reading Sebastian and Sloan's story and I quickly became addicted. The chemistry between them was off the charts hot and undeniable. Sebastian is ruthless and willing to do anything to win but he doesn't expect to fall in love with his competition. I highly recommend reading Sloan and Sebastian's thrill ride romance! 5 stars!
