About this eBook

Rowan Harper has traveled the American Extreme Bull Riders tour circuit with her stock-contractor father since she was four years old. She's seen the best rides and the worst wrecks. And then there's TJ who impressed her most when he didn't ride at all.

T.J. Casey walked away from his rightful place in last year's bull riding finals in order to bury his father. His sponsors are gone, but he's back to stake his claim. He wants the buckle, sure, but he also wants the woman who treats her bucking bulls like lambs.

Can T.J. really score the championship and the girl? Or will he have to choose between the two..once and for all?

I am not sure how in the world I missed reading this book when it came out on release day because I love all things rodeo have read most of the books in this series. But for some reason I did and it was the perfect book for me to read at the time that I did. Author Kelly Hunter was able to capture the spirit of the rodeo so well with her words as well as the characters too. TJ or Tomas James Casey is an extreme bull rider who had to leave the finals the year before to attend his father's funeral. (Yes he asked his brothers and mom to hold off as he was this close to winning it all and they said NO). He rides the bulls to get money for vet school and the ranch in Montana. Then we have Rowan the Princess of the rodeo of sorts.... well not really a Princess. Her daddy raises the bulls that these rough and tumble cowboys ride on. She has been beside him all the way since the age of 4 when her momma passed. So one could say she is a Rodeo Princess but more like a Queen of the Bulls in my book. She sees in TJ more than i think others do. This book is well written and a good read. I love watching the rodeo and reading this book brings back many a memory.

This was a fun story. Casey is a bull rider, but the rest of the tour is coming down on him for bailing before finals the year before. What they don't know is that it was because of his father's funeral. Rowan breeds bulls with her father for the rodeo, but as a woman she doesn't really fit in quite right on the tour. But Casey certainly would like to get to know her better. Casey and Rowan were wonderful together. They were such a good fit, and Casey really helped Rowan come out of her shell and start to find herself, instead of just being a shadow working under her father. I really loved how Casey put family before riding, before everything. He really had his priorities straight.

Cowboys, bull riding, and the backgrounds of the sport set the stage for a good tale for T.J. and Rowan . Good addition to this series and enjoyed these characters journey to find love. Ebook from Netgalley and publishers with thanks. Opinions are entirely my own.
