Dr. MUSTAFA OZBILGIN is Professor of Human Resource Management at the Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA), UK. He has previously held visiting posts at Cornell University, Japan Institute of Labor Policy and Training and CEPS-INSTEAD-Luxembourgh.
