About this eBook

Who’s the mystery woman who just walked into my brewery?

I’m not the only one from my Alaskan small town asking themselves that question. But I’m positive, I’m the only one in Sunrise Bay undressing the pretty blonde in my head. Everything about her, from her make-up to her high heels says she’s a fish out of water.

Whispers and speculations run rampant until the secret of who she is gets uncovered. Then the rumor mill goes into overdrive when she announces she’s staying to open a bookstore in the building next to mine—throwing a big wrench into my plans to buy that empty building.

I quickly find myself in a tug-of-war since my business partner/brother is upset she’s ruined the opportunity to expand our business. I try to keep my distance, but I’ve got one sister with a gossip column on the local radio station and two meddling grandmas setting me up as a tour director.

And now I kind of like the idea of our new neighbor staying. But small-town life isn’t for the weak—time will tell if she has what it takes to be one of us.

My Beautiful Neighbor is book one in The Greene Family Series and what a perfect start to what looks like another hit series for the ver talented writing duo of Piper Rayne. If you love small town romance look no further than this entertaining read and if you have read The Bailey’s you will certainly be excited to read this new series. Welcome to the small town of Sunrise Bay, Alaska and its residents..... We know the meddling Ethel Greene and her side kick Dori Bailey from the previous series and now it’s Ethel’s turn to find love for all her grandchildren, enter Cade Greene and the newcomer to Sunrise Bay Presley Knight..... It’s hard to move to a small town where everything knows each other and everyone is in each other’s business so Presley was always going to be talk of the local rumor mill and when she announces she’s staying and is going up a bookstore in the building Cade was hoping to buy all sorts of stories hit the fan. Cade and his brother are not happy that their plans have been upset and to make matters worse Cade has an instant attraction to the stunning newcomer..... I loved The Bailey’s and I wasn’t sure if a new family could touch my heart but I shouldn’t have worried because I fell hook, line and sinker for The Greene’s and I can’t wait for more stories fto come out of Sunrise Bay. This book has all the feel’s it’s fun and entertaining, it’s steamy and romantic and it has characters you can’t help loving. Can’t wait for the next instalment from Sunrise Bay

A fun flirty romance - A solid start to a series that will be a must-read Quick notes: 1st- I will never view charades the same again (I laughed 🤣 so hard) 2nd - The cover (beautiful as it is) IMO did not do this story justice What a wonderful way to start a series. This was a slow build romance with lots of feels. Solid characters both main and supporting that were easy to connect with Presley is an outsider and in a small town like Sunrise Bay where the gossip mill responds faster than lightening - Everyone wants to know who she is and why she looks so familiar. Presley isn't sure what she wants She needs to meet her past and decide her future and... Well, a small taste of Cade is sounding a bit appetizing at this point Turns out she is going to get a lot more of Cade and the Greene family than she could have foresaw A sweet, at times LOL, small-town romance that has all the push and pulls that comes from miswording's, misstepping's, and misunderstandings - and that isn't the only misses happening The back and forth between Cade and Presley was so spot on - it all made sense IDK it didn't feel like contrived angst The grandmas had me rolling - definitely, a take no prisoners bunch Just an all-around light-hearted feel that entertained and delighted Looking forward to the next as this ended with a HEA and set up a bit of a bomb for the next book

5 Star Review My Beautiful Neighbor (The Greene Family #1) by Piper Rayne Where do I start? Having read and loved The Bailey series by Piper Rayne I was a tad anxious starting a new family series, I have no idea why I was worried. I loved this book, from the first chapter to the last. The characters are engaging and I love the Greene family who reside in Sunrise Bay, Alaska. They are all up in one another’s business and it was an entertaining read that left me with a smile on my face. The fact that we get to see Dori Bailey and Ethel Greene meddling (aka Thelma and Louise) from the neighboring town of Lake Starlight just added to my enjoyment of this wonderful book. The Greene’s are a blended family and I loved how much interaction there was between them all, regardless of whether they are full, half or step siblings this family has each others back. This is Cade Greene and Presley Knight’s story and what a fabulous introduction it was to this exciting new series. There were times that I wanted to smack Cade up the back of his head with his behaviour as he buried his head in the sand when it came to his feelings for Presley. Presley I loved, despite all she has been through she was strong and determined to stand n her own. I also enjoyed watching her relationship develop with her new found sister. Cade and Presley are instantly attracted to one another and the chemistry sizzles between them. When they embark on a friends with benefits relationship, you just know that things are going to get complicated. The obvious one is that they want to keep it a secret. Since I absolutely adore The Bailey’s I knew that Piper Rayne would have to bring a lot for me to fall for this family as well. This book did not disappoint in any way and now I have a new family to love. The story was fast paced, witty and engaging and I cannot wait to read the next book after how this one ended.
