Acerca del autor

Nicola Davies is an award-winning author whose books for children include Big Blue Whale, Just Ducks!, One Tiny Turtle and The Promise, which was declared one of the best picture books of the year by the New York Times. She graduated in zoology, studied whales and bats, then worked in the BBC Nature History Unit. She was one of the original presenters of The Really Wild Show. Hannah Peck is an illustrator based in Brighton, UK. She originally studied English Literature at university, all the while stocking up on stories, poems and characters that would later inspire her illustrations. Escaping into another time or world with a sketchbook is her absolute favourite thing to do. Hannah works digitally using Photoshop, employing soft textures, flowing lines, and repeated mark-making to create vibrant, elegant illustrations full of magic and fun.
