I began in a cold dark muddy cell, not knowing how to free myself. Feeling trapped by the coldness within the air, darkness was swallowing me up. In reality I’m a lost soul, no freedom, no happiness and no way of fi nding peace, I feel like I am in hell itself, with no way out.
