With the low adoption of CAPs and the higher environmental impact of agriculture, CAPs are the only viable option that sustainable agriculture plays a critical role in feeding the world population and supplies the raw material to the industry. However, CAPs are a balanced approach in contrast to intensive or organic farming practices. The book approaches the CAPs by discussing the impact of agriculture on the environment, introducing the CAPs, impact of CAPs on the environment and farmers' income, role of technology on CAPs adoption, factors associated with the non-adoption of CAPs and prospects for the CAPs adoption.

Naeem Hayat completed his PhD from UMK and is working as a Research Fellow in GERIC and holding the Head of Publication and Linkages position from April 2022. He also completed his MBA and MSc HRM in 2000 and 2006. He previously worked with the GIFT University, Pakistan, as an Assistant Professor of HRM. He is a graduate member of CIPD, UK. He researches organizational studies, business administration, adoption behaviour, and human resources management. His work has been published in Sustainability, the International Journal of Sustainable Agriculture and Informatics, the International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology, and the International Journal of Healthcare Management. He also worked as a book editor for Springer Books—guest editor for Sustainable special issue and editorial board member in a web of science Journals.
Abdullah Al Mamun completed his MBA and PhD from Multimedia University, Malaysia, in 2007 and 2012, respectively. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at the UKM Graduate School of Business, UKM University. He received 18 grants and published seven books and more than 150 articles, with around 70% listed in WOS/Scopus/ERA. Other scholars have cited these articles more than 4,000 times with an H Index of 30. His research interest includes development economics, entrepreneurship, and environmental economics.
