Book deals with the Human Rights issues of the sexual minorities in particular their right to marriage. Discrimination from the main stream society is one of the main issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. At present only 29 countries around the world have recognized the right to marriage of sexual minorities and Asian countries like India has not recognized this right. Individuals should be given right to self determination of their gender identity. Same as discrimination on the basis of race and color, discrimination on the basis of sexuality is also a human right violation which is recognized by the international community. Law is not a panacea for the entire issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community, the attitude of the society should be changed to accommodate the discriminated peoples like transgenders and other LGBTQ+ .

just a PDF form that was uploaded to raise money out of the studies made by the author. Maybe a literature, but more of a research study in fact. If lgbtq+ were supposed to become a majority race in the next 20 years, our population will greatly decline. What if lgbtq+ existed 2000 earlier, would we expect that we attain such number of population today,or we would be born by this time?

A must read book.It covers all the aspects of same sex marriage.The book also analyses the relevancy of same sex marriage in india. It gives great knowledge about the neccesity of Topic.

A well written book. It gives you a detailed note on same-sex marriage, way the society and law approaches it. Case laws and judgements, inside and outside Indian are also mentioned . Spend some time to read this it will be helpful for you to know better about the topic.
