The contents of the book are divided into Four (4) Parts:
Part 1: Self Exploration. This part takes you on your life’s unique journey by rediscovering yourself for the first time or the second time around. To some, the process might be simple, while others see it quite painful, so it differs from everyone’s state of mind and condition. The journey towards a holistic life begins with your appreciation of the need for self-exploration.
Part 2: Speaks about Your Yin and Yang. Means having two parts that often have opposite meanings like good or evil. Metaphorically, it is your yin and yang, the life and death, the beginning and the end, the two faces of a coin. Much into sharing your “Humanness” as a Human being we say, we’ll talk about consciousness and awareness too.
Part 3: Presenting the blockbuster actions of the Verbs. Welcome to the melodramatic of the Past, the actions, romance, comedy, and adventure of the Present, and the thriller of the Future.
Part 4: We’ll ride together in The Inner Shift. Gear up, lock, and load; for Life is a journey, not a destination.

Hi, I’m Nivraz. You might wonder why there is a "z" in the name. The reason for the "z" is simply due to its numerical equivalent of lucky number 8 which means wealth, fortune and prosperity according to the old Chinese proverb. What will happen if we remove the “z” is probably not a good idea, Nivra - seriously? Its sounds like Viagra or Zebra.
While business consulting, coaching, and counseling are part of my daily routine and the need for sustainable development is becoming more of a task, I do spend the majority of my time working with and advocating for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), tribal and rural communities, specialized groups, and individuals in need. However, my farming has in fact become my refuge and a natural antidote to help me relax.
Celebrating life at 50’s as NGO practitioner, social worker and a farmer is extremely satisfying. You may, however, rely on me as your farm tour guide at the countryside is much appreciated otherwise.
