QAISER MANZOOR BHAT is a 3rd year medical student pursuing MBBS from ASCOMS and hospital Jammu. He lives in the village GULOORA of frontier district Kupwara, Jammu And Kashmir.
He is highly thankful to PWO for providing him an opportunity to express his views on a broader platform.
