About this ebook

The case at Nadderwater Rise Boilermakers left an enduring impression upon me. The Professor and I witnessed first-hand how machines can turn on their masters. When directed by a malevolent force, the results were utterly brutal.

As if horrid conditions are not enough, the culture of harassment ingrained into the workers only make it worse. Their daily lives are already drenched in danger, subject to severe injury without notice, yet they persist in tormenting each other, to their peril.

This is the eighth book in the Paranormology Series.

intriguing first book. each subsequent book had a unique storyline and the main characters developed in a consistent way, developing their personalities throughout the series. Enjoyable reading!

The beginning was quite slow and I disliked the factory setting, which I think now is the whole point of the book. As usual, the book is amazing. Also, I didn't expect our Laddie (since our narrator doesn't have a name, if I'm not mistaken!) to have a beard, I expected him to be much younger to have a beard somehow. Looking forward for the next installment and I wish this series gets the good attention that it deserves.

About the author

Jeremy Tyrrell lives in Melbourne, Australia. He spends his morning getting started, his afternoon slowing down and his evening with his family.

As a Software Engineer, he uses writing as a way to escape the drudgery of sitting in front of a screen and tapping away at a keyboard. The irony, however, is lost on him.

He is working on the adventures of Tedrick Gritswell and is looking toward doing side projects such as the Paranormology series, Iris of the Shadows, and Atlas, Broken.
