Mr. Muruga Barathi started speaking at the age of 9 and running like a river who has spoken in more than 1000 stages. He is a Certified Trainer by Junior Chamber International along with Post Graduate in Management from PRIST University. He has completed 7 Post Graduate degrees and continuing to study which is an evidence for his everlasting thirst for learning.

Muruga Barathi was a Master Trainer for Entrepreneurship Development Trainers of Government of Tamilnadu. He had nurtured a lot of professional HR trainers all over Tamilnadu. He is the only one to have 12 + years of full time experience in Professional Training under 35 years of age. He has designed and conducted more than 1000 successful In-house, Open-house workshops and Outbound training where he has excelled through his competence.

Mr. Murugabarathi has got certifications in NLP, CBT, Psychometrics and Counseling. He is specialized in conducting the topics - Attitude and Work ethics. With his direct involvement with various Social Organizations, he glitters in the areas like Responsibility, Communication and Teamwork. He has got many awards including ‚Best HR Trainer‛. He has appeared as a Guest in various TV Channels including Raj Tv, Imayam Tv, Podhigai Tv, Kalaignar Tv and the online channel Mukil Tv.

He also wrote 4 books in Tamil. He is aware of many complex Industrial, HR and Management concepts. But he presents them in his own style that is unique and simple. Muruga Barathi’s delivery is very interactive with videos, case study, simulation exercise, role plays, activity oriented and learning’s with fun. His sense of humor and description of anecdotes are admired by everyone including the fellow trainers. He follows the ‘4I’ formula i.e., Interesting, Informative, Interactive and Inspiring in all of his trainings.

He did Sales Trainings to IIFL, Blue Chip, Birla Sun Life, Star Health, ICE Net, Arun Brush and others. He conducted Management Development Programs to Anandam Silks, Thanga Mayil Jewellery, Venus Electronics, Sathya Agencies, Jayavilas Mills and others. He conducted programs to Officers of Indian Bank, Commercial Tax, Apollo Hospitals, etc. He also conducted various programs to Instakart (Flipkart), Althaf Shoes, Apex consortium and many more companies. He gave Guest lectures in various institutions including Loyola College, Alagappa Institute of Management, National College, Annai Matric. School, Vasavi Vidyalaya, Jaycees School, Yadhava College, Thassim Beevi College and Arasu Engineering College.
