Kisima is a strong woman living in a man's world as a racecar driver. After crashing her race car she begins to doubt herself and TJ who has raised her since the death of her parents hires a therapist. In comes Derek, a "sadist" physical therapist. Derek has his own career issues, but he is a fighter and instead of them having a pity party they take a risk and decide to enjoy life and each other, as time permits....but will their careers make room for a serious relationship?? I loved this story, it was just a great story. There are several plots & some very shocking secrets which all came together to make the story more real-like.

I am really enjoying the Donovan series. This is the first book I've rated. I did so because I really like the "who done it" aspect of the plot. Even though you can kind of see it coming I still thought it held my attention.
