About this ebook

You can plan a perfect life, then a woman comes along and messes it all up.

Prescott Chance is the go-to architect for the wealthy and famous, which has made him more wealthy and famous than he's ever wanted to be. He turns down more commissions than he accepts and is extremely private. Holly Legere is barely making ends meet between rent and student loans. As an assistant to Alistair Rupert, the notoriously difficult industrialist, she works night and day for slave wages, hanging on in hopes of a promised promotion in his huge organization. When Alistair Rupert's wife decides she wants a Prescott Chance designed house, and Prescott turns her down, it's Holly's job to make the choosy architect change his mind. And Holly is a very determined woman. In this modern romantic comedy, she'll go to any lengths to get him to design her boss a house, including pulling in his huge family for support. This is the third book in the Take a Chance series, though the books stand alone.

Take a Chance series:

Kiss a Girl in the Rain (Take a Chance, Book 1) Evan and Caitlyn

Iris in Bloom (Take a Chance, Book 2) Iris and Geoff

Chance Encounter (prequel) Jack and Daphne

A Home For Holly! This is #03 in the Take A Chance Series. HEA with No cliffhangers! These are about the members of the Chase family. I suggest reading them in order to get the best experience. Content Warning: There is mild sexplay. ♥ Story ♥ This is about the middle child, Prescott. He is an Architectural Genius! He specializes in green building and is in high demand world wide. Despite the lack of epilogue in #02, the previous couples are present and wedding planning, so lots of updates to be had. Holly Legere is not long out of school and drowning in student loans. Despite having a MBA, she finds it hard to land a job. This scenario is all too true in real life as well!. Holly had to take a position as an assistant to the Rupert's, who are rich and notoriously difficult. The pay sucks and the hours are worse! The promotion she will receive if she can stick it out will make it all worth it, ...hopefully, ...maybe. Prescott Chance doesn't change his mind, ever. He likes order and routine. When he is presented with a challenge by Holly, he can't help but to bend. The more time he spends with her, the further he falls. He doesn't want a mate, but then he is telling her to stay. Blueprint for a Kiss is delightful! These two really complement each other. Prescott helps Holly slow down and simply enjoy and she helps him step outside his ordered life. There is no epilogue again, but I'm sure we will get more in the next title. This is a great edition to the Take A Chance Series, and looking forward to more! ♥ Author ♥ Nancy Warren's writing just keeps getting better. It's exciting to know there still a good handful of Chance siblings to go!. ♥ Narrator(s) ♥ Teri Schnaubelt is improving right along with the author. It makes for great audiobooks! ♥ Audio Production ♥ Normal speed was fine. Audiobook obtained at my request and I am voluntarily leaving this unbiased review. We can all relate to being a Holly, so little time and yet so many things to yet be done. This was a great love story.
