About the author

Mary Ann Froehlich is a music therapist-board certified and Suzuki music teacher. She has worked in private practice, hospitals, churches, and schools. She has published 16 books, including Living with Thorns, Courageous Gentleness, Parent or Friend?, and An Early Journey Home. She has a doctorate in music from the University of Southern California and an MA from Fuller Theological Seminary.
