Finished in two sessions, one short and one long. 4.25 stars rounded down to 4 stars. Summary of my review: The Book had great info and was an easy read not sas a bit impersonal This was a quick and easy read for me and really kept it simple, in a good way! I took a lot away from this book and took quite a few notes for myself to review later. The techniques are easy to learn, which is good because practicing the techniques is most of the work. The only thing holding it back is that I feel it could have been concluded with something from the Author, rather than the summary of what was discussed in each chapter. The summary is helpful however because I can now refer back easily when I need to.

This really hit home for me. Some of it is advice I've heard before but this book broke it down fairly well.
