I love all nikki's recipe. Most of the food I prep lasted 5 days. I make 2 big portion breakfast and dinner, and snack on fruits. Someone who doesn't have much time to prep a lot of food, I have to find way to make it work. Pick and chose how much I wanted to spend at the grocery store. I spend healthy clean food for myself and regular food for my family.
