This is a great book to read on the stories in this book are really motivating and give me new energy and motivation every time I read this, my personal favorite story is "lifting lives with solar lifts" you should also have a look into this.

Through this book the Dean and professors of XIM RM along with PRADAN have shared some powerful stories of the NGO's that we know very little about. A must read for those who want to understand how these NGO's form, grow and make an impact.

An alumnus of the prestigious G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar and Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Professor Niraj Kumar is an award-winning author and academician with more than 25 years of experience. His articles in The Times of India, The Economic Times, Hindu BusinessLine, The Financial Express, and Mint are widely read. Known for his storytelling - based teaching and training, Prof. Kumar has been associated with India's premier institutions, such as XIMB, IIFM Bhopal, and IIM Lucknow. He is currently the Dean School of Rural Management at XIM University, Bhubaneswar.
