As her journey leads her back to the Olympics, Kirsten soon discovers she is fighting not just to win gold but also for her life.

Doug Zipes graduated from Dartmouth College, Harvard Medical School, and Duke University Medical Center. Over his lengthy career, he has published sixteen textbooks and more than eight hundred medical articles, and he currently writes a health column for the Saturday Evening Post. Dr. Zipes lives outside Indianapolis with his wife of fifty-five years. Not Just a Game is his third novel.
