This book just puts me in awe of his situation Olauduah was only a child when he was taken away from his land. And he was able to convey a first hand account of the voyage. I cannot imagine how scared he was as a child on that journey.

I like this book not only because it tells about his life but also because it tells a good story, it doesn't just make you doze off like some books I have read in the past. With this book, on my computer and my tablet I can read whenever I want to.

A great book. Very informative, Equiano writes about his life and the horrors of slave trades.
