Nel progetto del nuovo Piano Regolatore Portuale di Chioggia il disegno è allo stesso tempo modalità di pensiero e strumento di misura. Esso opera per svelare la natura dello spazio e le potenzialità fascinative dello sguardo proiettivo attraverso tre distinti metodi di rappresentazione: quella planimetrica bidimensionale dell’indagine morfo-tipologica, quello della modellazione fisica, quello della rappresentazione virtuale. Nel progetto urbano il disegno è congegno tecnico e compositivo per imprigionare, fissare la realtà, ma anche nella prospettiva di un più ampio processo di riflessione critica.
