This book has permanently changed my life forever. I am eternally grateful to Ori for his existence and for sharing all of his wisdom because it has greatly improved my life as well as those i care for. The title of the book could not be any more spot on. This is The Warrior Diet. It literally opens your mind and unlocks your inner warrior within. When i eat my evening meal, whether alone or with friends/family, i feel like a king because i eat like a king. It is so satisfying. Especially with the extremely high quality food this book helps you add to your diet. My morning and afternoon workouts on nothing but high quality Warrior Whey protein makes me feel super charged and ready for any activity. My weight loss progress is jaw dropping and i just started the diet. I extremely highly recommend everyone to add this to their lives. The benefits it will bring to each individual is astounding.

I picked this up again recently, having first read it several years ago. At the time, I found the claims refreshing but reserved my enthusiasm; How many of these fads come and go, right? Since then, however, research into the benefits of autophagy, etc has lent credence to the material. I did, however, take to it immediately even then, finding it to be an experiential outlook I found palatable as opposed to just a rubric for meal choices. If your lifestyle is contoured by periods of stress, this may help you maintain, not just your health, but your enthusiasm and mental clarity as well. With this in mind, I suspect that this is most valuable for folks that have first determined to make a meal of challenges and annoyances while maintaining their humor. Interestingly enough, although they advocate a completely different lifestyle, I find that the vegans I've known take a similar approach in starting from first principles to arrive at meal choices.

at first i was skeptical, but now im addicted.. i loss 10kg while adding 5kg to my squat & deadlift, also 2,5kg to my ohp in just a MONTH..!!! thanks for sharing this ori...
