Its hard to convince a reader to read the same story twice, but Card managed to avoid this by changing the vantage point. Card created wonderful characters in Ender, Bean, Peter, Valentine, Achilles etc.; and it would not be excess if he dedicated one book for each. In this book he keeps the fans happy in the end by ending the contest between Ender and Bean conclusively proving that Ender is a little bit better in every way and that Bean would have been an ordinary genius like his brother Nikolai, had he not been given the key. All in all this is the third book I read in the series apart from Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead and I loved every page. I don't think Card gets enough credit for his work, but not everybody gets to be as lucky as JK Rowling
