I started doing yoga after suffering from some ailments. After doing yoga all the ailments started to vanish. It helped to tone the body as well. The results were marvellous. So if you are interested in toning your body, getting mental calmness, Fightning ailments, Strengthening the immunity system. So Refer to this book. As I have mentioned specific Asana only for a specific ailment. The kriyas and asana given in this book help to get rid of a number of ailments but for complete cure of Chronic diseases like asthma, diabetes, Skin problems, swelling of internal organs, Chronic feuer etc. The practice of pranayam is necessary.


Pranayama, if practised correctly can eradicate all diseases. However incorrect practice give rise to all diseases. Controlled breathing establishes control of the mind.
