And when your mind, heart and soul will envelope with the bitter seeds of hatred, anger and avenge, then you will invite your own anxieties, stresses, tensions and chaos in your life. You will lose your own mental balance. And the person who loses his mental balance, he will wreck his own life.

Therefore, learn the art of tolerance and forgiveness.
