An Auditor by profession, he is well versed in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Sanskrit and Grantham and extremely knowledgeable in Carnatic Music, Astrology, Vedas and Agamam etc. He has compiled from Puranas, books like Gomati Sahasranamam (recited daily in Sankarankoil), Lakshmi Narayana Sahasranamam, and comparative study of commentaries on Soundarya Lahiri etc. He has also compiled from Brihat Samhita, a book known as “Daharkalam” to locate sources of water underground even in deserts. Many other works including a book on Tamraparani Mahatmiyam are under compilation.
