Frankie and her ruthless protectors conquered unspeakable evil. But their fight to escape the hills of shivers and shadows is far from over.

Sharing precious body heat with her viciously possessive men presents another challenge. She must navigate not only the brutal arctic tundra but also the intricacies of polyamorous love to ensure they make it out alive.

Tensions rise as the ice thickens, and their only hope rests on a plane they can’t fly.

Unless they unlock the secrets hidden beneath its wings in a cage of ice and echoes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌶🌶🌶.5 Cage of Ice and Echoes picks up right where the first book left off. I don't know how I am going to review this because I do not want to give anything away. HOSS completely shook me and left me so in awe of Pam Godwin's genius. This second book completely delivers, which is hard to do with such a shocking and dark first book. HOSS left Frankie, Leonid, and Kodiak in dire and devastating conditions. This is a book about survival in a dangerous environment with little hope. I was left with a hopeless feeling, and I had no idea how these characters would survive. This book deals more with the struggle to survive and their plans to try to escape HOSS now that the evil presence was dealt with. His shadow still hangs over them with all the monstrosities he committed and the long reaching effects of his actions. Their bond continues to grow from each dangerous adventure they go through while trying to get the supplies they need to survive. These 2 boys are her true so

Cage of Ice and Echoes literally feeling like Pam Godwin said "hold my beer"! Because I literally was in the edge of my seat hanging on every word through this book. The mystery and suspense continues and it doesn't let up, just when you think "ok we're good." BOOM! Your stress level sent right back up!! This story is deep and haunting. It's a story that you'll keep thinking about long after the last page. I absolutely loved this book and the series so far!

The amount of times I caught myself holding my breath during this book because of how tense it got, was astounding. This was a haunting and beautiful tale of love and survival. This is the second book in the Frozen Fate trilogy. The third book will be released in August, and I can't wait. Are so remarkably well written so remarkably written. The more answers I get, the more questions I have. As a reader, you feel just as confused and played by Denver as the characters do. Pam Godwin has left me wanting and needing so much more. I have questions that need answers and hope for what the future holds for these characters that I love so much. I can't wait for the third book, but I also don't want this ride to be over. 🌶🌶/5

About the author

New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author, Pam Godwin, lives in the Midwest with her husband, cats, retired greyhounds, and an old, foul-mouthed parrot. She traveled the world for seven years, attended three universities, married the vocalist of her favorite rock band, and retired from her quantitative analyst career in 2014 to write full-time.

Her interests veer toward the unconventional: bourbon, full-body tattoos, and tragic villains. Equally peculiar are her aversions to sleeping, eating meat, and dolls with blinking eyes.
