Overall its interesting and captivating, then came the twist made the story turn into something else..i found it funny when Ethan had to drag all the dogs in his car and Fin just acting cool all about it..like whatever...I wonder why it took days for Kate to unravel all the secrets but Randell just managed to conclude it all like a snap!! Still its a good reading , its not boring and you should read it

Just a bad book. I tried to force myself to finish it but couldn't. I kept skimming, and fast forwarding. Finally said screw this. Everyone in the book except for the old ladies were hideous.

This was the first book I read by the author. Overall I enjoyed it, though found it a bit long and drawn out; realistically the book could have been a few chapters shorter and the story wouldn't have lost anything. I don't know if I'd call this a thriller. A murder mystery, sure, but there wasn't much that was suspenseful. In spots the writing felt clunky, almost like the author was trying to find their way through the story. It was a pretty easy read, there were multiple stories happening but was still easy to keep track things. Good read, overall.
