About the author
Patricia Seeley graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in English. She has worked as a bakery clerk, a secretarial assistant, a waitress, a police dispatcher and has even classified and identified fingerprints. She currently works in the adjustment division of a bank, searching various documents and classified data for missing money. She grew up on the East Coast but came to Oregon to dog-and-cat-and-house sit for a friend who was going on a walking tour of Europe for six months. By the time her friend had returned, Patricia had development an attachment to the beautiful state, in spite of all the rain. Patricia and her husband have one cat, who was semi-namelessly referred to as "The Kitty" for the first eight years they had her, and who is now technically named Kitty Sue.
