About the author

Paul Nielsen, SQL Server MVP, organizes the annual Colorado PASSCamp and serves on the PASS Board of Directors. He's the author of the SQL Server Bible series (Wiley), and presenter of the Total Training SQL Server Development video. Mike White is a data analysis and SQL BI expert. He was the principle BI architect for a major Wall Street analysis firm and was a founding member of a BI consulting firm. Mike is a popular speaker on the BI circuit and a member of the prestigious PASS Speaker's Bureau. He also serves as President of the Boulder Colorado PASS Chapter.

Uttam Parui is currently a Senior Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft. In this role, he delivers Microsoft SQL Server consulting and support for designated strategic customers. He acts as a resource for ongoing SQL planning and deployment, analysis of current issues, migration to new SQL environments. He is also responsible for SQL workshops and training for customer's existing support staff. He has worked with SQL Server more than 10 years.
