This is a beautiful story. It may seem slow at the start if you are only looking for the Alexander and Tatiana in it all... this is not their story. This is a gorgeous tale of an Italian immigrant and the unfleeting love between her and a man out of her class and out of her world. True the story ends abruptly, but it leaves you to imagine and ponder what may have been. And there could even be room for a follow up book to finish the story of Gina and Harry. A must read for any fan of Paullina Simon's works!!
