Most of the recipes I find Delicious. I just can't figure out how to lose weight. I wish there was an easier explanation for those of us who have a difficult time losing weight. I also would like to see a THM app that would help us out more.

Nearly everything I've made has been fantastic (and I have made over fifty of the recipes to date, ranging from crockpot meals to shakes). The make to freeze dinners and quick single soups alone are worth buying the book and I have cooked some multiple times already. I don't buy cookbooks unless I plan on referencing them often. This one definitely meets the criteria and I find myself cooking from it at least three times a week, sometimes more than once a day. Recommend ebook for searchability.

About the author

Serene Allison and Pearl Barrett are sisters who share a passion for healthy eating. They both have large boisterous families and love to experiment in the kitchen on ways to best nourish their families and stay slim and healthy in the process. They are former Christian recording artists who traveled extensively for the record label, but they relinquished their touring careers to embrace a life at home with children, dinners, dishes, and diapers. They never looked back.
