This was a great story. Mikaela has woken from her coma. Things have changed dramatically after her abduction. Coming back to Blackthorn Academy to help her with these changes and get things under control. A new school year with a whole new set of challenges and a surprising revelation. Intriguing story that captures your attention. Pepper McGraw did an amazing job with this storyline. This story continues a plot from a previous book in the series. Highly entertaining read from the beginning that I couldn't put it down. Highly recommend this series from a group of talented authors. Great story, well written, wonderful characters, great collaboration by authors Pepper McGraw and Gina Kincade. Another wonderful story in this series I'd devoured reading. This story is about Mikaela a half fire witch and half leopard shifter and Elliott a dragon shifter. Mikaela was taken and tortured in the Shadow Realm, now back among her friends from the Blackthorn Academy she discovers she's different. With the help of Elliot and her friends can they stop the Shadow Killer? ARC

Another good book in Blackthorn Academy series. A fire witch/shadow leopard, Michaela, and a chameleon dragon, Elliot, are fated mates. They battle evil in the shadow realm with their friends. Wonderful characters, plenty of danger, drama, and steam. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
