About this ebook

When super powers emerge, humanity has only one defense!

Superpowers have emerged all over the world, but can these "specials" be controlled? Colonel Leonard Thorne thinks so, and he's putting together an elite team with the abilities to match any special one-on-one.

Recruited from various backgrounds, this diverse group is still learning to work as a unit when the calls start coming in. A vigilante is striking fear into Chicago. Bodies are found drained of blood in remote Russia. And Thorne's team may be humanity's best—and only—defense against the rising threat of out-of-control special abilities.

But power comes with responsibility. And some members have agendas of their own. With opponents emerging, internal strife could spell doom. Thorne pushes his team to the limits in training, hoping to forge them into a cohesive fighting force before it's too late. But when a terrorist leader has his own plans for the specials, the threat level elevates to a new one...

Discover the explosive debut adventure of Vanguard in Heroes Forged! An action-packed superhero adventure for fans of the X-Men and Avengers!
